My Background

Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), and Qualified Supervisor working as an individual, group and family therapist in the Tampa Bay area for over 15 years. My personal philosophy is that people are essentially good and have the ability to grow and change throughout their lifetime. I feel I possess a natural ability to relate to people and enjoy the unique qualities of individuals. Therapists have been responsible for facilitating positive change in the lives of individuals, groups and families and I love to be apart of that journey.
I am a Dialectical Behavior Therapist (DBT) but also specialize in other evidence based approaches. I incorporate mutual trust, collaboration, and individualized care to help people reach their goals.
